Registration - Adults - Ages 18+ Registration - Minors (Guardian Consented) - Ages 13-17 Registration - Youth and Pediatric - Ages 6 months-12 years

Vaccinations for children ages 6 months - 4 years

Children ages 6 months to 4 years can now be vaccinated by their pediatrician and by some county-supported vaccination clinics. Click here for more information on Alameda County vaccination offerings. Children 3 and older can also get vaccinated at pharmacies. Children under 3 cannot be vaccinated by a pharmacist.
