Eligibility

You can get a vaccination if you are:

• 50 or over
• A frontline healthcare worker

Or if you work in one of the following sectors:

• Education and childcare
• Emergency services
• Food and agriculture

You can also get a vaccination if you have certain health conditions or disabilities.

People experiencing homelessness and those living or working in congregate living settings are eligible to get the vaccine. Find out more about who is eligible.

To book an appointment you will need either a phone number or an email address.

What you need to bring

You need to bring a California or San Francisco identification like a driver’s license or ID card. Your ID must have a photo.
